1. General Information
K’Wanna’s Creations LLC specializes in handmade products including, but not limited to, t-shirt quilts, baby clothes quilts, candles, cards, and custom creations.
All items are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance.
2. Ordering & Customization
Custom Orders
All custom orders require accurate details provided by the customer (names, dates, photos, colors, layouts, clothing items, etc.).
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm all details before the production begins.
Production begins only after approval and deposit (if applicable).
Processing Time
Processing times vary based on the product and workload. Estimated turnaround times will be shared at the time of the order.
Rush orders may be available at an additional cost, depending on availability.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment may be required at the time of ordering, especially for custom items.
Accepted payment methods will be listed on the website or platform where the order is placed.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or provided prior to invoicing.
Once items are shipped, K’Wanna’s Creations LLC is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.
Local pickup may be available in select areas if communicated in advance.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because all products are handmade and often customized:
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
There is an error made by K’Wanna’s Creations LLC, or
The product is damaged before shipment.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted, especially for custom items already in progress.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, descriptions, and content belonging to K’Wanna’s Creations LLC are protected intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content or designs without written permission.
7. Customer-Provided Materials
For products requiring customer-supplied items (e.g., clothing for quilts):
Items must be clean and in usable condition.
K’Wanna’s Creations LLC is not responsible for pre-existing stains, rips, or damage.
Unused materials may be returned upon request.
8. Limitation of Liability
K’Wanna’s Creations LLC is not liable for:
Misuse of products,
Shipping delays,
Loss or damage once the product is in transit, or
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your use of our products and services is at your own risk.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our posted Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal information with outside companies for marketing purposes.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
