At K’Wanna’s Creations LLC, each item is handmade with great care and attention to detail. Because of the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on handmade items, including custom quilts, candles, cards, and other handcrafted products.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the rare case of:
An error made on our part, or
Damage that occurred before the product leaves our hands.
If you believe this applies, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Customer Responsibility
Please review all details (colors, sizes, names, dates, layout, etc.) before final approval. We create exactly what is confirmed by the customer.
